Loyal

He was also a lover, an absolute goofball, and the most loyal friend that we have ever known.  When children entered our lives, he was already an old man.  He transitioned beautifully into a frosty-faced senior whose primary duties included wayward-cheerio-pick-up and toddler-finger-cleaning.
